Nationals of the United Kingdom and their family members who reside in Portugal during the transition period, until 31st December 2020 and have acquired and/or maintained the right of residence, under the terms of Law no. 37/2006, of 9th August, in its current wording;
UK nationals and their family members who, despite residing in Portugal during the transition period, until 31st December 2020, have never regularised their presence on national territory under Law 37/2006 of 9th August, as it currently stands.
